The Daisy Bush, or Olearia is an evergreen flowering shrub. The one I’m illustrating is a well known hybrid called Olearia X hastii, and the image above illustrates very well how it came by its Common Name.
It makes a medium size rounded bush with small evergreen leaves that are downy underneath, and masses of flowers that come in the Summer time, in July and August. If it gets a bit untidy in its appearance, then you can cut it back in April before everything kicks off.
