Here at Priestgate Garden Specialists Ltd. We are going to take every step we can to make sure your services are continued in a safe, sanitary and secure manner. We intend to do so by following these simple Guidelines.

• All vehicles will be cleaned/sanitised at the beginning and end of each working day by spraying the insides of the vehicles with disinfectant and wiping down all steering wheels, gear sticks, control leavers and sat nav equipment.

• All PGS staff have been issued surgical gloves to wear underneath their existing gloves so there is an additional barrier to prevent any possible transmission.

• While we would normally knock to let you know of our visit and say hi, we will instead carry out our intended visit and post your invoice through the door (if you receive paper invoicing).

• If any of our staff show signs of symptoms, we will be sending them to get checked and they will only be able to return on the basis that they are all clear, or signed off work for the mandatory 14 days.

• If you are self-isolating just contact our office and we will put all measures in place to allow us to be able to manage your garden in a simple, stress free and contactless method.

• We are armed with sanitisor, disinfectant and surgical gloves to ensure you feel happy that we are doing all we can to carry on through this very diffcult time. We are also bound by the government and what they enforce, so if anything further needs to be done we will be sure to inform you of what action will be required.
