Winter Machine Maintenance

There is nothing more annoying than finding that your trusty (rusty ?) old mower won’t start in March when you think to yourself that you’ll just quickly run the mower over the lawn, as it’s ‘getting a bit long’.

We’re all inclined to think that ‘It was working when I put it away’. And it always comes as a cruel surprise when it just will not start – no matter what you do !!

So, the sensible thing to do – before you put the old thing away for its winter hibernation – is take it to the mower man for a service. You’d be amazed at the difference an oil change, a new spark plug and air filter will make.
